How it works
No long onboarding, no mystery. Here’s exactly what happens from the first phone call to the monthly review.
- 1
Free market audit (week 0)
A 15-minute call and a short report. We look at who ranks for your services, who runs ads in your area, how reviews compare, and roughly what competitors spend. You keep the report whether you hire us or not.
- 2
Plan and paperwork (days 1 to 3)
We agree on goals in plain numbers: how many booked jobs, at what cost, in which towns. You get a one-page agreement. Accounts are created in your company’s name, or we get access to the ones you have.
- 3
Tracking goes in (week 1)
Tracking numbers for each channel, call recording, form tracking, and a connection to your CRM or job software so we can see which leads became booked jobs.
- 4
Launch (weeks 2 to 4)
Campaigns, landing pages and Business Profile work go live, built around the jobs that make you the most money.
- 5
Weekly checks (ongoing)
Search terms, junk leads, call recordings and budgets get reviewed every week. Problems get fixed when they show up, not at the end of the month.
- 6
Monthly review (every month)
A 30-minute call and a one-page report: calls, booked jobs, cost per booked job by channel, and what we’re changing next month.
What we need from you
About an hour in the first week, then 30 minutes a month.
- Access to any accounts you already have (Google, Facebook, website, Business Profile)
- Your list of money jobs and the towns you want more work in
- Photos from recent jobs (phone photos are perfect)
- Someone in the office who marks leads as booked or not booked, or access to your job software so we can see it
Find out who's getting the calls in your town.
Give us 15 minutes on the phone. We'll show you who shows up when your customers search, who's running ads, roughly what they're spending, and what it would take to get ahead of them.
You keep the report whether you hire us or not.
P.S. Already working with an agency? The audit is still worth doing. You'll see whether you're getting what you pay for.
