Do you know which of last month’s jobs came from your marketing?

Most contractors don’t. They pay someone every month and hope it’s working. Wellbuilt Media runs Google Ads, local SEO and Facebook ads for home service companies, and we track and record the calls your marketing brings in, so you can hear exactly what you’re paying for.

A note from Mehran

Most owners I talk to have been burned at least once. They signed a 12-month contract, got a login to a dashboard full of charts, and still couldn’t answer a simple question: did any of this put money in the bank?

I’ve spent years running Google and Facebook ad accounts. The agencies that kept their clients for years all did one thing well. They could pick up the phone and say, “You got 41 calls last month. 18 of them booked. Here are the recordings.”

That’s how every Wellbuilt account is run. If I can’t show you the jobs, you shouldn’t keep paying me.

Why most contractors can’t tell if their marketing works

Calls come in from five places at once. Nobody at the front desk asks “how’d you hear about us?” The agency sends a report about clicks and impressions. So the budget stays wherever it was last month, and you never find out which dollars paid for themselves.

Calls aren’t tracked to a source. If Google Ads, your website and your truck wrap all ring the same number, there’s no way to know which one earned the job.

You’re paying for clicks you’d never want. People two counties over, DIYers watching repair videos and job seekers all cost the same as a homeowner whose furnace just quit.

Nobody is listening to the calls. A call that lasted 9 seconds and a call that turned into a $14,000 roof both count as “a lead” in most reports.

Most shops start with one of these and add the others once the call tracking shows what’s paying off.

Local SEO

Google Maps and local search

When someone types “roof leak repair near me,” the three companies in the map get most of the calls. We work to get you into that box for the jobs you want, in the towns you actually want to drive to.

Includes: Google Business Profile, service and town pages on your site, a steady review routine, listing cleanup, and a monthly ranking report by town.

We go after emergency and high-dollar searches, keep the ads inside your service area, and send people to a page built to make the phone ring.

What the first 30 days look like

  1. 1

    Free market audit (week 0)

We look at who’s getting the calls in your area right now: who ranks, who’s running ads, how their reviews compare to yours.

  2. 2

    Tracking goes in (week 1)

Call tracking, form tracking and your CRM get connected before a single ad runs.

  3. 3

    Launch (weeks 2 to 4)

Campaigns, landing pages and your Business Profile go live, built around the jobs that make you the most money.

  4. 4

    Monthly review (every month after)

A 30-minute call. We go through the calls, the booked jobs and what each one cost, then move money toward whatever is working.

Questions owners ask first

Something else on your mind? Call (860) 000-0000. Mehran picks up.

How long before SEO brings in calls?
Most shops see movement in the Google map results within 60 to 90 days, and steady calls from SEO somewhere around months four to six. Ads can bring calls the week they go live. That gap is why most of our clients run both: ads pay the bills while SEO builds.
Do I have to sign a long contract?
No. The first 90 days are setup and testing. After that it's month-to-month with 30 days' notice. There are no setup fees.
How much do I need to spend on ads?
It depends on your trade and your market. For most shops, $1,500 a month in ad spend is enough to learn what works. Your market audit includes a real number for your area. Ad spend is paid straight to Google and Meta from your card, never marked up by us.
Who owns the accounts and the website?
You do. Google Ads, Facebook, your Business Profile, your website and the call recordings are all set up in your company's name. If you ever leave, you take everything with you.
I only have two or three trucks. Is this for me?
Yes. A lot of the owners we work with run two to five trucks. If your crew can take on more work, we can help you get it. If you're already booked out for months, we'll tell you to wait.
What do I actually get in the free market audit?
A short report and a phone call. It shows who comes up when people in your area search for your services, who's running Google and Facebook ads, how your reviews stack up, roughly what competitors spend, and what we'd do first. You keep it either way.
Do you work in my area?
We work with contractors all over the US. Almost everything we do happens online and on the phone, so it doesn't matter if you're in Connecticut or Texas. The one thing we check is whether we already work with a direct competitor near you.

Find out who's getting the calls in your town.

Give us 15 minutes on the phone. We'll show you who shows up when your customers search, who's running ads, roughly what they're spending, and what it would take to get ahead of them.

You keep the report whether you hire us or not.

P.S. Already working with an agency? The audit is still worth doing. You'll see whether you're getting what you pay for.
